Spots out! May 16, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Although I was a little nervous at the beginning, the procedure was not as difficult as I thought it could be. The kit is quite complete and I was able to clean the sensor and remove the dust in the walls of the chamber. The air blower is powerful, you may not want to include it in your carry on bag because of its size, unless you have spare in some of your lens compartment. I am happy again now that I can take pictures to the sky being confident that the old ugly spots are away. Definitely recommended.
Yes you can clean the sensor on your dslr April 15, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
If you follow the instructions included with this kit exactly, you will have no problems. I've cleaned my Sony A100 sensor twice now, the camera is fine, and the dust specks on the sensor are gone, which saves me a lot of post production work.
Excellent kit! December 31, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very well put together kit. Essential for all dSLR owners who want to clean their sensors themselves.
Sensor Cleaning Kit October 10, 2007 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I purchased this kit because I was getting spots on my photos. I used the blower and it took care of the problem so I haven't even tried the other products in the kit. The service was good and the product as expected.
Works as desribed October 10, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Good tool is 90% of a success. This kit is all you need to clean your sensor and eliminate the dust speckles. Read the instructions and search the Web for manuals. Mount your camera on a tripod, use the tools from the kit, make test shots after each cleaning, stop at some time (that's important). I used it for my Pentax K100D and will use again.
