Must have for lens protectionJune 30, 2008 Like others, I lost mine while shooting and needed a solid replacement that matched the original. This is it. It's a bit pricey, but nothing compared to the glass you are protecting. Very pleased.
Well built. Does the job perfectMay 5, 2008 As most photographer experienced one time or more : losing the lens cap. I lost mine when I was shooting an outdoor group activity. It's exactly same as the factory one, well built, solid. And it's cheap! 5 stars!

This is a nice extra to have in your camera bag...I keep mine in a ziplock bag so that it doesn't pickup dust and I have an extra if all the lenses are off my camera. Fits all EF and EF-S lenses. Just like the one you get with the lens.
