Takes a while to get used to December 16, 2008 I've started to only use this product rarely, for the times when I don't want a full on neck strap, but don't want to have nothing but the camera to hold onto. As other have noted, the extra padding doesn't help. The plastic is pretty solid though. You might have a hard time fitting the camera along with this strap into a case.
Adds a lot of control over your camera! November 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this wrist strap for my Nikon D300. It is very high quality and works great, giving me a lot more control over my camera and adds security as well. I use this wrist strap in addition to the shoulder strap that came with my camera--the shoulder strap attaches to the wrist strap on one end and the unused eyelet on the camera on the other end. I couldn't be more pleased with this item!
It's ok July 9, 2008 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
After switching to a hand strap I have no desire to go back to a neck strap. It's great having it there to give you that little extra security to just holding the camera. I'm not convinced however that this is the best hand strap to buy. I can't seem to get it tight enough to feel %100 percent about it without cramping my fingers and making it a chore to push the shutter button. I thought that the extra padding that goes down the back of the hand would help to make it more secure but it actually does nothing, most of the time it is only snug where the strap is and the rest of the pad isn't even touching my skin. This thing will do until I find one that's better

Just perfect! June 11, 2007 3 out of 9 found this review helpful
So far I'm finding this hand strap very useful. It avoids me from slip my camera out of my hands. Besides, I would recommend people to buy hand strap instead of neck strap if you have a heavy camera, as carrying a heavy camera on neck for long will hurt the muscle of your neck and cause neck aching. Get one here if you have a heavy camera.
